Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) Philadelphia, PA Pay From: $55.00 Per Hour MUST: Experienced Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert Secret Clearance Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity experience At least 5 years experience with DoD systems and RMF 3+ years leading cybersecurity programs for industrial control systems 5+ years experience designing secure industrial control system networks In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security architecture, and cybersecurity principles Information Assurance Technical Level II Certification (IAT Level II) Bachelor's degree DUTIES: Manage and enforce cybersecurity policies for HVAC DDC, Chilled Water, and Process Cooling Water systems Support, monitor, and validate implementation of STIGs/SRGs across all control systems Support RMF documentation, assessment, and ongoing compliance activities Support ATO package development for HVAC DDC, Chilled Water, and Process Cooling Water systems Maintain security documentation including system inventory and network architecture Review and validate all system interconnections for security compliance Perform implementation and validation of security controls for moderate impact industrial control systems Provide technical guidance on secure system architecture and design Manage cryptographic solutions and ensure compliance with NIST FIPS 140-2 requirements Configure and maintain audit logging systems and security monitoring Review and approve changes to system security configurations Lead incident response activities for control system security events Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
