Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities - Family Support and Clinical Care
- Partner with families in crisis to connect them with appropriate resources and provide short-term clinical support.
- Make referrals to ensuring families access outpatient therapy and CBHI services.
- Staff Consultation and Capacity Building
- Offer individual consultations to family support team members to enhance their ability to address family or child-specific concerns.
- Connect staff with community resources, provide a safe space for reflection and recommend tools and resources for wellness and well-being.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to organize and facilitate family support services.
- Coordinate and communicate with external agencies to prevent fragmentation of services.
- Facilitation and Reflective Practices
- Facilitate reflective conversations with educators, support staff, or families.
- Lead cross-division discussions to promote cohesive program delivery and support to shared families.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate case records, including notes, contact logs, and referrals, while adhering to confidentiality protocols.
- Enter and report data accurately within the agency's systems.
- Crisis and Emergency Response
- Respond to emergencies or safety issues to support families and staff during crisis, during normal business hours.
- Program Development and Special Projects
- Contribute to special projects aimed at improving mental health services within the program.

- Other Duties
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support program goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience with children and families in a clinical social work capacity.
- Attained licensure as an LCSW, LICSW, or LCMH.
- Master's degree in social work or counseling.
- Must be able to pass EEC Background check which includes fingerprinting
- Must be able to show proof of MMR and recent physical
- Desire to work with low income, culturally diverse, and at-risk families and individuals.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills required in basic computer software and data collection systems.
- Excellent crisis management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and confidentiality of information.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Khmer, English/Portuguese) preferred
