How you will make history here...

Responsible for daily Storeroom operations. This includes ordering, receiving, stocking, and dispensing all inventoried items, transactions and Invoice exceptions responses. Supervises directly storeroom associates across a three-shift operation and two plant locations. Charged with managing overall inventory expense through cost reduction programs and resolving quality issues with any inventoried material. Also, responsible for MRO Purchase Orders and expediting orders for maintenance, boiler house, and processing operations.

What you will do...

Non-ingredient inventory management including slow moving and obsolete part review and repair program oversight. Reduce cost, increase consignment programs, analysis of key areas/opportunities. Storeroom Stock maintenance. Current with receipts, improve customer service level; maintain inventory control systems. Quality staffing, feedback program. Notify appropriate Manager if customers don't follow established charge out/ return procedure.

Job Complexity

  • Placing Purchase orders and expediting deliveries
  • Managing inventories to improve accuracy and reduce slow movers/obsolete parts
  • Managing Vendor and Customer relationships
  • Inventorying and accounting for storeroom issues and maintaining Audit Compliance
  • Reviewing and converting OEM parts to general suppliers
  • Close interaction with Maintenace planners and technicians
  • Responsible for cycle counting and managing parts and equipment in the storeroom

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

HS Diploma or GED

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • Associate's degree
  • Education Desired: Bachelor's Degree
  • Years of relevant experience: 5+
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
  • Competency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • Excellent Communication and team building skills

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$58,100-$83,500

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
