How you will make history here...

Studies all facets of manufacturing, organizes action plans as to what and how to collect the pertinent data to be used as decision support. Uses independent judgement and discretion in determining how to convey information and in making logical arguments in support of corrective actions. Owner of direct labor budgeting.

What you will do...

  • Receive maintenance, repair and other (MRO) items utilizing material management systems including SAP and Excel generated reports.
  • Receive material accurately and match incoming items to purchase order or records.
  • Perform accurate cycle counts and post adjustments timely, maintain accurate inventory records and valid information in the SAP system.
  • Maintain master material part information integrity in SAP
  • Issue maintenance items against SAP work orders.
  • Initiate the purchase order process for emergency MRO items, when required.
  • Conduct entry in SAP of stock disbursements.
  • Conduct dispatching of repair & returns.
  • Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM's) for SAP equipment.
  • Ensure and maintain that proper shipping procedures are followed when items are removed from the building.
  • Initiate follow-up needed for outstanding open and backordered purchase order items.
  • Operate lift truck and walk-behind hand truck.
  • Perform area housekeeping duties
  • Comply with all Campbell policies, procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Identify maintenance items as stock or non-stock to ensure proper reorder of items.
  • Conduct restocking of bins for goods receipts (parts & supplies)
  • Conduct retrieval & disbursements of goods issue tickets from satellite storerooms, if applicable.
  • Obtain RMA numbers from suppliers as needed.
  • Communicate with suppliers as required.
  • Maintain plant specific SOP's and facilitate company strategies for MRO management
  • Assist with KPI reporting.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Minimum education required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Be able to lift 50lbs as needed.
  • Ability to work independently with little instruction
  • Basic computer skills
  • Availability to work overtime and weekends as necessary to support maintenance and operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$39,300-$56,500

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
