Position Summary: The Judge Group is seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented Sales Intern to support the Judge Learning Solutions sales team with pre-sales efforts including account research, competitive analysis, account road mapping, opportunity/lead identification, marketing efforts, email campaigns and account support operations. The Judge Group summer internship Program lasts approximately 10 weeks and offers opportunity, structured learning and a deeper understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities in the professional services industry. You will work on hands-on projects under the guidance of an assigned mentor and supervisor. Clear expectations and goals will be set to ensure a successful internship experience.



Responsibilities

    Source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, our Applicant
    Tracking System (ATS) and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, EDGE, etc.
  • Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources.
  • Conduct personal interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify
    candidates for open positions with our clients.
  • Conduct in-depth account research, analyzing industry trends, customer needs, and
    competitor landscapes. Uncover hidden opportunities and paint a clear picture of
    potential clients.
  • Analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses, crafting compelling differentiators that
    position your solutions as clear winners. Be the go-to expert for competitive intelligence
  • Collaborate with sales reps to develop targeted account roadmaps, outlining strategic
    engagement plans and identifying key decision-makers.
  • Proactively identify high-potential opportunities and leads, leveraging your research
    prowess and market knowledge. Fuel the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities
    ready to convert.
  • Craft targeted marketing materials and email campaigns that resonate with specific
    accounts, driving engagement and nurturing leads. Be the bridge between sales and
    marketing efforts.
  • Provide comprehensive account support, assisting with presentations, proposals, and
    Anticipate their needs and become an invaluable asset in every sales
    battle.


Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year college/university. Majoring in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • CRM experience (i.e. Salesforce)
