Recruiter Intern - Healthcare

Position Summary: Do your professional aspirations include a sales career in the field of Technology, Healthcare, or Finance & Accounting? Working in a high growth organization that provides excellent training, innovative technology and an incredibly fun culture that promotes teamwork? The Judge Group is seeking an energetic, confident, persistent, and organized Intern who has a strong desire to succeed, to intern on our Healthcare recruiting team for The Judge Group summer internship Program, lasting approximately 10 weeks. This opportunity offers structured learning and a deeper understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities in the professional services industry. Interns will work on hands-on projects under the guidance of an assigned mentor and supervisor. Clear expectations and goals will be set to ensure a successful internship experience.

Work with Judge Healthcare recruiting leadership to source candidates from specific/targeted skillsets and enter them into internal systems.

• Connect with candidates via phone and email to generate leads to be sent to the Judge Healthcare Team.

• Complete any and all additional tasks/duties assigned by the department leader.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year college/university. Majoring in Business or Communications and all Healthcare related fields.

• Interest and experience with communications, sales and business development
