About the role

The CPFR analyst will drive Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment throughout the end-to-end supply chain. In order to accomplish, this role is responsible for collaborating with the customer to manage inventory as well as influence cross-functional teams' business planning and forecasting. Should understand Retail Link and how to utilize various data sources to uncover, develop, communicate, and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage day to day planning activities by monitoring and analyzing historical demand and trends, communicating item forecast issues with Walmart Replenishment team
  • Understand GRS and impact to ordering
  • Review and ensure supply plan supports required demand plan
  • Enhance and support the development of strategic replenishment plans with Walmart
  • Utilize and understand data and technology systems including Retail Link, Power BI, and SAP to identify opportunities
  • Employ high-level analytical ability and creativity to analyze complex/new situations
  • Act as a collaborative interface with Replenishment, Sales, and Planning teams
  • Take full Supply ownership of cross-functional business connects
  • Influence Sales' and Demand forecasts utilizing customer data and supply chain inputs
  • Understand business drivers and brand strategies
  • Manage expectations from different NAMs
  • Develop strong working relationships and be able to provide rebuttal and suggestions when necessary

The experience we're looking for

  • Must have a BS degree in Supply Chain Management, or another business-related field
  • Strong Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple groups to achieve targeted goals
  • Demonstrate the ability to take ownership and implement effective change
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • 4+ years of Supply Chain, Marketing or Sales experience

US salary ranges

USD$72,000 - $114,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
