Sr.Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Project Engineer to join our client's team, focusing on electrical data analysis and implantable hardware development for pacemakers and defibrillators. This role requires a strong electrical engineering background, project leadership experience, and a proven ability to interpret and present complex electrical test data.

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will lead key initiatives, coordinate test investigations, and support a team in the development of implantable devices based on electrical data analysis.

   Data Analysis & Reporting:

   
   
   
   
   • Interpret and analyze electrical test data from platforms such as Mini Tab, JMP, or Excel.
   • Present findings to drive development activities and inform hardware design improvements.
   
   
   
   
2. 
   

   Project Leadership:

   
   
   
   
   • Coordinate and track test investigations and related projects.
   • Develop and execute action plans to address project requirements and ensure timely closure.
   
   
   
   
3. 
   

   Team Support & Collaboration:

   
   
   
   
   • Lead failure analysis activities, including summarizing findings and creating follow-up strategies.
   • Collaborate with engineers on implantable hardware development and evaluate test results to guide design changes.
   
   
   
   
4. 
   

   Lab Investigations & Testing:

   
   
   
   
   • Support ad-hoc lab investigations as needed.
   • Oversee electrical testing and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
   
   
   
   
5. 
   

   Compliance & Quality Assurance:

   
   
   
   
   • Build quality into all aspects of work, maintaining adherence to all regulatory requirements.
   
   
   
   

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience:
  
  
  
  • Product development experience, ideally in regulated industries.
  • Extensive project leadership and team management expertise.
  • Data analysis experience using platforms such as Mini Tab, JMP, or Excel.
  • Proven success in leading and closing complex projects.
  
  
  
  
• Skills:
  
  
  
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis software.
  • Strong understanding of medical device products, especially pacemakers and defibrillators.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  
  
  
  

• Experience in the medical device or other regulated industries.
• Background in electrical design and/or testing.
• Failure analysis expertise.
