CNC Lead Machinist

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, including Swiss turns, to produce precision parts
• Ability to operate CNC mills is a plus
• Perform tool changes, minor program edits, and setups
• Assist CNC operators in troubleshooting production issues
• Conduct quality checks of parts during the production process
