Strategic Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Serve as a Strategic Marketing Manager for DC3's DoD-Defense Industrial Base Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE), driving business growth and content creation
• Increase visibility and knowledge about DC3 and DCISE's cybersecurity services and offerings, such as DCISE3, the Defense Industrial Base-Vulnerability Disclosure Program (DIB-VDP), Electronic Malware Submission (EMS), and other cybersecurity services.
• Create a strategic marketing and communication plan for enduring outreach and collaboration efforts
• Identify relevant events and conferences that DCISE should attend to maximize awareness of DC3 offerings.
• Provide development and training to current team members in a phased project plan approach

This is a temporary position through April 2025.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing and/or communications
• BA/BS degree required
• Active Secret security clearance
• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, preferably Salesforce
• Experience with creating marketing and outreach materials, including infographics and social media content
• Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools to track and present engagement metrics
• Proven experience in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies, with an emphasis on testing, measurement, and continuous optimization to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness
• Experience supporting DoD or USG customers
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet strict deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
