About the team and position Ports America is seeking a labor and employment attorney to join its Legal Team as Senior Corporate Counsel. This position reports to the Vice President of Legal- Litigation, Labor and Employment, Regulatory, and Governance. The role offers flexibility to be based in one of our shared services offices located in Chandler, AZ, or Morristown, NJ. What you'll be doing As the Senior Corporate Counsel, Labor and Employment, you will provide expert advice, counsel, and strategic guidance to our Human Resources and Operations teams on a wide range of employment issues across multiple jurisdictions, including those involving a unionized workforce.
