Ledcor is seeking a Fleet Coordinator with experience supporting a dynamic business in multiple geographic regions. As the Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance & repair activities, fuel management, and tracking information for all light, medium, and heavy-duty (DOT) vehicles across North America.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain fleet vehicle information

  • Ensure compliance with company policy and state/federal guidelines for annual registration, insurance, and licensing

  • Monitor and flag vehicle inspections/certifications and take necessary actions for compliance

  • Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs to maintain compliance

  • Review driver records for conformance/non-conformance, including abstracts, licenses, and application packages

  • Assist with accident recording and resolution, including facilitating insurance claims

  • Improve overall compliance for all vehicle types by staying informed on legislation and participating in field operations

Qualifications:

  • Two to five years in a fleet, equipment, or related coordination role

  • Familiarity with Holman or Geotab softwares; reporting and tracking using Excel and JDE

  • Basic understanding of DOT regulations is beneficial

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Must pass drug and alcohol screening

Work Conditions:

  • This position will allow for remote work with the required ability to travel to Ledcor offices / sites up to 20% of the time
