Cyber Security Senior Analyst - Richmond, VA

What success looks like in this role:

* Provides Cybersecurity Analysis support for a region or assigned functional area.
* Ensures application of security policies, principles and practices.
* Analyzes security incidents and network events to determine impact on current operations.
* Presents results of incident and network events along with remediation results.
* Researches attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems and application security and designs countermeasures.
* Performs periodic and on-demand systems audits and vulnerability assessments, including user accounts, application access, file systems and external web integrity scans to determine compliance.
* Performs transitions, implementations, and migrations.
* Contributes to design, development and testing of security controls.
* Develops documentation, reviewing and suggesting improvements for existing processes within Cybersecurity Analysis.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Government background check or clearance may be required.
