The Global Growth & Digital Sales team at Adobe ensures customers achieve success relative to their intent and derive significant membership value, while delivering Adobe shareholder value seen in ARR growth and critical metric performance improvements. Our team is accountable for growth in revenue across Adobe's desktop, web and mobile ecosystems. This role will drive Adobe's horizontal mobile monetization strategy. This involves partnering with PMMs, PMS, and Product-led growth teams to build experiences and monetize via cross-category business levers such as pricing and promotional strategy, trial and free customer conversion, add-on/up-sell, winback and customer retention.
What you'lldDo
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, with a particular focus on mobile applications, both global and geo specific.
- Build price strategies for app stores, helping adobe to identify ways to expand in-app subscription business.
- Drive growth, marketing, and engagement, and ultimately a path to monetization- for both mature and emerging markets
- Analyze monetization analytics to efficiently benchmark performance across
- Drive engagement and monetization via personalization
What you need to succeed
- Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program graduating between December 2025 - June 2026
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
- Fast learner. Rapidly assesses a problem, evaluates options and drives timely decision-making
- Enthusiastic, positive and creative attitude! Outstanding presentation skills (both verbal and written), including storytelling.
- Innovative; thinking creatively to solve problems and address business needs
- Background in economics or price management, a plus!
- Previous experience with business models, a plus!
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $37.00 -- $50.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
