The Challenge

We are looking for an expert Senior Program Manager who loves driving development of new features and services for our photography customers.

You will work closely with the product development team, delivering features and capabilities within the Digital Imaging group. A successful candidate will be able to drive projects, planning and prioritizing efforts as well as providing effective communication to peers, outside teams and at the executive level. The candidate should have confirmed operational and program management skills, as well as a solid understanding of planning, execution, and organizational change processes and procedures. This exciting opportunity will have you working within a fast-paced, Agile environment, partnering closely with our engineering and product management leaders to drive, develop and complete a shared vision for Digital Imaging at Adobe. What you'll do

We are looking for an energetic Senior Program manager who will coordinate and lead all aspects of software development, ensuring the right features are crafted and delivered on time and with the highest quality. You will be driving the day-to-day progress of programs & projects and keep various levels of management advised of project status and health.

  • Drive and lead dependencies with other teams
  • Drive strategic and tactical decisions for your project
  • Handle issues and risks, build mitigation plans and raise to appropriate partners appropriately, remove team impediments
  • Participate in the Service Life Cycle process
  • Drive project delivery process with key contributors to help handle scope
  • Run status and reporting to provide project transparency to team members and management
  • Develop positive relationships with the management team!
  • Comfortable with ambiguity

What you need to succeed

  • BA/BS preferred OR 10+ years' experience as a program manager in software, SaaS and/or related industry OR equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in Agile, Lean and/or Scrum methodologies, ability to drive and develop new process or methods
  • Experience working on consumer facing web/mobile apps is required.
  • Proven track record to understand and articulate sophisticated technologies
  • Customer attention and ability to demonstrate intuition, customer input and data to rapidly test and validate products and features
  • Demonstrate a collaborative approach
  • Self-motivated and proactive -ability to address unknowns, demonstrates a strong bias to action
  • Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills with the ability to appropriately communicate with the intended audience
  • Ability to lead in an environment with diverse partners
  • Positive and energetic approach to new challenges

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $143,200 -- $269,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
