Salary:$120,000 - $130,000
Main notes:
* 6 years' experience
* CPA and/or MBA are nice to have but not required
* Will manage the Controller, Asstisstant Controller and other members of the Finance staff
* Must have stronganalytical skills, reporting skills and be able to analyze, identify, communicate ideas, changes, realities throughout finance and up the chain of command.
* System called 'Team Software' is used - it's a service industry/security industry focused system (this is a plus but not required) - system handles HR, applicaitons, tracking, invoicing, GL, payroll, reporting, etc. (simlair to Workday and SAP)
* Experience interfacing with 'RSM' tax firm would be a plus
* Must be a "Numbers Person", who has strong financial analytics, systems experience and is an Excel expert who can/has led a small local team
* Highly prefer someone from the Services Industries like Security services, Janitorial, Large Search /temp firms, etc.
* Will push out 450 invoices a month, complete a lot of billing for Contractors and run an efficient invoices system

Leading a Staff of 12 to ensure the corporation's financial statements are updated and accurate as well as complying with financial regulations as well as implementing policies and procedures for financial reporting. Also responsible for the oversight of accurate and timely processing of payroll and related taxes. Reports to the EVP of Finance.
Duties
* Month end, quarter end, year-end reporting and analysis of balance sheet and income statements
* Monthly Financials - Review balance sheet and income statement and perform analysis
* Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
* Oversee cash management and recording of cash
* Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable
* Internal controls and compliance
* Assist with all audits - Insurance, Union, Accounting, Year-end, and Bank
* Oversee payroll process
* Oversee ADP tax processing
* Analyze pricing models for new bids and jobs
* Strong financial platform experience
