I am working with a client in Dallas that is looking for a Scrum Master with a strong background in working on mobile application development projects. This is a hybrid on site/remote position. Here is a quick overview.
Key Responsibilities
* Champion Agile practices within the mobile development team, offering active guidance on the Scrum framework.
* Design, develop, and test software in collaboration with the development team.
* Work with software developers to create scalable systems that meet the organization's strategic needs.
* Ensure all Scrum events (stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives) are positive, productive, and time-boxed.
* Facilitate retrospectives to encourage continuous improvement among team members.
* Remove impediments or blockers identified by the team to ensure smooth workflows.
* Shield the team from outside distractions, maintaining focus on project goals.
* Assist the Product Owner with empirical product planning in complex environments.
Agile Coaching and Facilitation
* Educate team members on Agile practices, events, and activities with practical examples and hands-on facilitation.
* Reinforce an Agile mindset, fostering behavioral and cultural changes across teams and the department.
* Stay updated on changes and best practices in the Agile community to drive continuous improvement.
Key Outcomes
* Deliver valuable, timely software improvements for employees and customers.
* Enhance team performance through effective Agile implementation and guidance.
* Build a positive, collaborative environment that supports innovation and scalability.
