THE JOB:

As a Food Server, are an essential part of guest experience. Your dedication to provide courteous and prompt tableside service to all guests, and welcoming personality will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences alongside maintaining a pristine environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE:$13.4101 hourly, plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome

• Take guest orders, run food and drink and provide cabana service at the pool

• Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach

• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables, and Point of Sale (POS) stations

• Anticipate the guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

• Work outside in various weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, etc.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Able to work on-call, including weekends, and holidays.

• Previous experience as a Food Server in a high-volume restaurant or pool environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.

• Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.
