* Responsible for creation of and adherence to project budgets, timelines, and scope.
* Works independently to develop and maintain project plans, monitor project progress, and
implement changes where necessary for multiple ongoing projects across the IT
organization.
* Ensures management of project risk, performance, adoption, and success metrics for all
IT projects.
* Manages the portfolio of all IT projects across multiple workstreams.
* Responsible for the creation and maintenance of project road maps for all Business Units.
* Responsible for the completion of quarterly portfolio reviews for all Business Units.
* Responsible for ongoing refinement of project priority and backlog.
* Creation of and adherence to Newport Healthcare's project governance process for all IT
projects.
* Provide timely and accurate status updates for ongoing projects to leadership and
stakeholders.
* Acts as subject matter expert for IT project status and has oversight of Associate Project
Managers and Project Managers.
* Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Bachelor's Degree and one (1) to three (3) years relevant experience OR;
* Associates degree and two (2) to four (4) years relevant experience OR;
* Six (6) years' relevant experience.
