*Job Title*: SCCM Administrator
*Pay*: $40-47/hr *Duration*: 8 months *Workplace Type*: 100% Remote *Start Date*: February 23, 2025 *Description*: We are seeking a skilled SCCM Administrator to join our clients' IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for packaging and deploying Windows 11 images, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and providing support in a 24/7 environment. This role requires flexibility to work on weekends and one overnight shift per week. *Key Responsibilities*: * Package and deploy Windows 11 images using SCCM. * Manage and maintain SCCM infrastructure. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCCM and Windows 11 deployments. * Monitor and ensure the health and performance of SCCM servers and clients. * Provide support and maintenance for a 24/7 environment, including weekends and one overnight shift per week. * Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of Windows 11. * Create and maintain documentation for SCCM processes and procedures. * Stay updated with the latest SCCM and Windows 11 updates and best practices. *Qualifications*: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience as an SCCM Administrator or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of SCCM and Windows 11 deployment. * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment, including weekends and overnight shifts. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background screening. *Preferred Qualifications*: * SCCM certification. * Experience with other Microsoft technologies (e.g., Active Directory, Group Policy). * Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell). *Top Skills Details*: * Experience with SCCM to deploy Windows 10 or 11 in batches. * Experience working solo deploying packages. Extra plus if someone has experience supporting a 24/7 business operation where systems are online and have to stay online during deployment. * Troubleshooting experience on issues post Windows Operating System deployment. *Additional Information*: * Drug Test Required: No * Flu Shot Required: Yes * Work Environment: This person will work remotely supporting a multi-location hospital which is running 24/7. * Additional Skills & Qualifications: Will work 40 hours a week. The schedule will vary depending on the needs of the business, including weekends and nights as needed. Will work in a team of 5 and rotate through the team for night shifts.
