A large banking client is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to lead the end-to-end design of cybersecurity educational content, develop playbook documentation, and manage executive-level communications related to cybersecurity initiatives.
Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Communications, or Project Management. * Experience in cybersecurity training, documentation, and executive communications. * Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence leadership and stakeholders. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and strategic messaging. * Expertise in PowerPoint tools to create high-quality presentations and training materials. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, threat mitigation, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001). * Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+). * Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and cybersecurity awareness programs. * Familiarity with cybersecurity policies, incident response, and risk management frameworks. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $82.11 - $82.11/hr.
