Are you a passionate culinary professional eager to lead and innovate? Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to join our team at Missouri S&T. In this role, you'll play a vital part in managing the Culinary Department, supporting the preparation and cooking of exceptional food, and driving the success of our dining program. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an energetic, entrepreneurial leader ready to make an impact. As the Sous Chef, you will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations, including menu development, food preparation, and garnishment. You will supervise hourly associates, manage cost controls, and collaborate on new culinary programs to ensure excellence in food quality and customer satisfaction.
