From Westhampton to Montauk, Riverhead to Orient, our rental products sit at the cross section of every type of event. Responsibilities Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and business partners Respond and follow up to inquiries promptly. Prepare detailed quotes for jobs Coordinate with customers across the life of each project Responsible for documenting deliverables for each event Product knowledge on tents and event rentals Attend industry specific trade shows to enhance knowledge of tents and event rentals. Adhere to the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and professionalism while representing the company. Use project deliverables to create posts for social media and email marketing purposes. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of tents, rentals, and event operations Demonstrable success in a sales capacity. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Knowledge of the North Fork, Hamptons, and Long Island event spaces Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills; must possess customer relation skills Commitment to work extended hours during peak seasons to fulfill responsibilities.
