Pay Range: $65,000-$95,000

The Customer Operations Program Manager plays a vital role as the primary operational liaison for key accounts, acting as a bridge between TSI Operations, TSI Sales, and the valued TSI Customer. In this pivotal position, the manager takes charge of overseeing the operational performance of key accounts, leading and facilitating crucial operational initiatives to enhance overall performance, supporting business expansion efforts, and adeptly troubleshooting issues. This role will contribute to broader TSI Operations initiatives and will lead other significant operational projects.

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):



  • Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to create optimized logistics for TSI.
  • Lead and participate in various projects, including new product launches, ESG initiatives, transportation optimization, EDI integration, analytics initiatives, and more.
  • Analyze and manage logistics monitoring indicators, scorecards, and reporting tasks.
  • Identify and address critical gaps in the current model, developing solutions to eliminate or minimize inefficiencies.
  • Influence Logistics/Supply Chain strategy to align with current and future business needs.
  • Coordinate with Distribution Centers and plants to resolve issues and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate daily with TSI Manufacturing Plants, Distribution Centers, and Corporate office regarding project milestones and process improvements.
  • Initiate policies for Plants to meet surge delivery requirements with cost-effective alternatives.
  • Disseminate information through regular interactions with sourcing and supply chain teams.
  • Represent and support Ops leadership in corporate and regional meetings.
  • Drive network changes by implementing and enhancing current processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

Technical



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations
  • 3+ years working within cross-functional teams, with some team leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in program management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with third party logistics providers is preferred


Functional



  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications in program management or logistics are a plus.
