Your Team, Your Impact

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to coordinate cross functional teams as the head of Business Operations and Program Management for Marvell's Cloud Platform Business Unit. This position is pivotal in driving operational excellence, facilitating strategic initiatives, and supporting overall efficiency within the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in cross-functional team leadership, project planning, and program management, with a demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate across geography and across organizational boundaries.

The role will partner closely with the BU executive team and finance team to prioritize activities across functional teams, define and stream-line processes, optimize workflows, establish communication channels, and ensure that engineering and operational goals are met in alignment with BU budgets and objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, engineering expertise, and operational acumen to the role.

What You Can Expect

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and alignment across departments and teams to ensure cohesive execution of organizational priorities.

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

  • Executive Communication: Prepare and/or deliver powerpoint presentations which communicate complex concepts with clarity and simplicity.

  • Program Management: Oversee key projects and initiatives, providing leadership and direction to achieve project goals within scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Strategic Planning: Provide direct support to the company senior leadership team, preparing presentations, reports, and analyses to inform decision-making.

  • Financial Oversight: Partner with finance and accounting teams to monitor financial performance against budget.

  • Performance Metrics: Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business operations and strategic initiatives.

  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, driving adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational strategies.

  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on strategic objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research or Industrial Engineering, OR a bachelor's degree in a technical engineering field.

  • Demonstrated success in a senior management role in program management, strategic planning or business operations at a high technology company.

  • Background in semiconductor engineering, networking systems, or network software engineering is highly desired.

  • Strong understanding of program management, financial management, and strategic planning.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.

  • Experience in project management, change management, and driving operational efficiencies.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

  • Sound ethics, high professional integrity, and a commitment to achieving organization goals.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

200,700 - 300,700, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
