Responsibilities

We are looking to add a Product Owner, Senior Manger to our team of professionals.

In this role you will:

    Provides expertise in the formulation of system scope and objectives relative to the business plan and industry requirements.
  • Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Creates detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
  • As a Business Analyst and Product Owner of a scrum team, ensures JIRA tickets are created timely and accurately. Defines acceptance criteria, requirements, and internal/external dependencies.
  • Ensures JIRA tickets are kept up to date.
  • Prepares the team for Program Increment Planning, which includes assessing level of effort of user stories and features, planning work across sprints, and communicating Program Increment plans to our customer.
  • Ensures work aligns with customer needs and fits within overall program roadmap.
  • Works with the program Senior Business Analyst to complete impact assessments and provide support through the change control process.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience
  • Experience facilitating requirements gathering workshops/meetings with a concentration in fraud, waste, and abuse.
  • Experience with business case development.
  • Experience prioritizing requirements and creating conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Extensive experience in developing impact assessments from technical and business use case perspectives.
  • Extensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid data, including Phase 1 Medicare claims.
  • Experience with data validation.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Works independently and with little direction; has personal drive and is proactive.
  • Communicates complex concepts in a simple way to stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrates leadership and problem-solving/conflict-resolution skills.
  • US Citizenship
  • Must have an active Public Trust clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Solid SQL skills
  • Experience using Snowflake
  • Project management experience

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
