ABOUT THE JOB

Develops key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans for designated account base. Identifies business opportunities and manages key national account as well as new customers and prospects. Growth will be measured by total sales revenue and gross profit dollars. Sales Territories may be dynamic and adjusted throughout time to meet the needs of the customer and business development. Sales growth will be set by a specific monthly/annual goal.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Manage all aspects of account management and business development to increase sales and profitability
  • Develop sales plan and strategy to increase business opportunities within current account base
  • Promotes STAUBER's full line of products and SNY capabilities
  • Constantly work to discover new opportunities that will increase sales and profitability of business
  • Supervise all daily activities within assigned territory to ensure profitability and business growth
  • Works to expand the relationship within existing customer by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and mutually beneficial for both STAUBER and the customer
  • Monitors existing accounts and regularly communicates with primary contacts for the account
  • Seeks to understand all aspects of customer- manufacturing capabilities, products etc., so that we can add value to the supply chain
  • Responds directly to customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and in a professional manner
  • Engages in quarterly QBR to ensure alignment of goals and objectives
  • Conduct virtual and in person customer meetings on a regular basis
  • Prepare and present business presentations to promote and engage customer interest in Stauber portfolio
  • Ensure all pertinent information is updated and added to CRM
  • Use H2O Quote and utilize Sales Tool Box to support sales activity
  • Works closely with assigned SSR to ensure goals and objectives are aligned
  • Stay current on STAUBER product offerings and increase knowledge of BRANDED ingredients
  • Attend trade shows and Innovation Days
  • Complete monthly sales reports in a timely manner
  • Additional duties as required


ABOUT YOU:



  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Five years of outside sales experience required.
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
  • Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of success
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills and interdepartmental collaboration
  • Required to live in NY or NJ
  • Manage direct reports


TRAVEL

Required to Travel.

Expected Compensation: $130,000-$160,000 + 10% bonus eligibility
