Bilingual Human Resources Generalist Type: Full-Time \| On-Site Languages Required: English & Spanish (Fluent) About the Role Vaco is hiring a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and compliance. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring policies and procedures align with company and legal standards. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and train employees on HR policies and procedures Ensure adherence to all employment laws across company locations Provide guidance, handle employee concerns, and support engagement initiatives Oversee new hire processes, career pathing, and exit interviews Assist with evaluations, including 60, 90, 180-day, annual, and 360 reviews Conduct salary surveys, administer benefits, and resolve claims Manage hiring processes, including job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding Create and distribute the Employee Newsletter Ensure payroll reporting aligns with FLSA requirements Plan and coordinate employee activities and events Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) Five or more years of HR experience (four years with a Master's degree) Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance Experience with benefits administration, recruitment, and employee relations Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Why Join Us?
