Job Summary:

The Digital Asset Coordinator is responsible for product data collection and the delivery, organization and maintenance of assets including pictures and other digital documents. The Digital Asset Coordinator will be well versed in the organization and archiving of digital materials within company servers, including proper naming, folder hierarchy, and meta data definition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contributes to POOLCORP's ecommerce site and brand management to uphold a consistent online brand presence.

  • Gathers, analyzes, and inputs product data in product information management system (PIM) inRiver from a variety of sources and stakeholders.

  • Maps and normalizes data received from vendors and ensures data is consistent and accurate.

  • Adheres to technical standards and procedures for created assets.

  • Works with external entities such as distributors and customers.

  • Responds to requests for ecommerce site updates and amendments in a timely manner.

  • Other job related duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to successfully balance quality of work with quantity of work.

  • Ability to manage and effectively prioritize multiple projects.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate. Prior use of collaboration software is required.

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Standard, Bridge, and Photoshop preferred.

  • Experience working with inRiver or other Product Information Management (PIM) systems is a plus.

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Hub or other Customer Service software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, data management, marketing, or related discipline.

  • 2 -5 year's experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, copywriting, image editing, and/or Product Information Management preferred.

  • Swimming Pool and Outdoor Living industry experience is preferred.
