Staffmark has partnered with a food processing company and is hiring a Sample Coordinator in Jurupa Valley, CA. Pay: $18-19 per hour Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM As a Sample Coordinator, you'll pull samples for prospects and customers, communicate in both English and Spanish, and lift up to 40 pounds. You'll use your personal vehicle to pick up samples from a nearby warehouse. Reporting to the Food Technology Supervisor, you'll process sample requests, maintain inventory, and track logs for the R&D team. Duties Enforce safety, food safety, and SQF procedures; comply with USDA & FDA guidelines. Process Del Real product sample requests and improve the process. Receive, confirm, and print labels for sample requests. Maintain and organize the sample area, providing weekly inventory updates and minimizing waste. Keep daily sample logs and deliver monthly recaps. Deliver samples to customers and assist R&D with various projects, including providing shipping materials and organizing bench top samples. Assist with product pulls for R&D and support marketing events as needed. Skills and Abilities Ability to work 40 hours/week with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Valid California driver's license Food Handling and forklift certifications (preferred) Company-provided tools for job tasks (dollies, sample cases, packing materials) The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
