Senior Corporate Counsel, Inventory Solutions to join our team in
Atlanta, Georgia.
The Role: The Senior Corporate Counsel, Inventory Solutions serves as a legal partner for Cox Automotive's Inventory Solutions group, which includes Manheim Auctions and its logistics business units (Ready Logistics and Central Dispatch). The Senior Corporate Counsel, Inventory Solutions is responsible for providing expert and strategic legal advice to executives and business leaders and for supporting collaboration across multiple business groups, jurisdictions and practice areas to ensure a seamless experience for internal and external clients in a way that optimizes Cox Automotive's risk profile. In addition, they are responsible for assisting the Associate General Counsel, Inventory Solutions with executing legal strategy for the Cox Automotive Inventory Solutions group. The qualified candidate must be able to address a wide range of corporate, transactional, and commercial matters that affect day-to-day business operations, including drafting, negotiating, and interpreting commercial contracts, advising on product strategy, collaborating with various Centers of Excellence (litigation, compliance, labor and employment, intellectual property, etc.), and offering support to the business on pre-litigation and industry arbitration claims. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial contracts, general corporate matters, and counseling executives and business leaders across a wide range of subjects. The position involves regular interaction with the General Counsel, VP Legal Operations, and senior company executives, as well as collaboration with executive leaders from the Inventory Solutions group. USD 175,300.00 - 292,100.00 Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $175,300.00 - $292,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
