TEKsystems' client is going through a windows 10 to windows 11 migration and will need additional technicians to support this initiative. The opportunity will be 3-6 month + contract. Interested candidates MUST HAVE at least 2 years experience with SCCM, imaging devices and remote/in person support. Client prefers Windows 10 to 11 migration experience and familiarity troubleshooting issues within Office 365. Customer Service experience is just as important as their technical experience. They need to be relatable and engaging.
