*A Large IT Company in Issaquah, WA is hiring a Helpdesk Technician (Printer Support) to join the team for a great opportunity!*
*Job Description:* * Work onsite at customer property - multiple nearby locations * Be liaison with local customer management team * Attend account calls as directed and provide feedback on activities * Proactive monitoring of customer's printer fleet utilizing Web Jetadmin (WJA) and other tools * Assist end user with device functionality * Perform initial trouble shooting * Ensure adequate consumables are available at customer sites * Assist with device(s) deployment/replacement as directed (must be able to lift up to 50 pounds) * Track usage/activities at customer sites to better understand their needs * Assist with the collection of usage pages per devices as needed *Qualifications:* * Experience with printers, hardware/toner installation and management * Experience working within ServiceNow as a ticketing system * Experience with administration of Virtual/Desktop/Laptop management and infrastructure applications including VDI, W365, and Citrix * Experience troubleshooting hardware/software in a Windows 10/11 environment including MS Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook. * Proficient in offline data recovery, backup/restore of users' data. * Proficiency in multiple scanner, check scanner, and specialized imaging tool troubleshooting. * Ability to manage multiple different support processes due to high variability in teams at location. * Knowledge of two factor authentication * Must be willing to be willing to travel ***If Interested:* *Please apply to the job application and email Derek at Dmautz @teksystems.com* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
