Description
Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Sr. Proposal Coordinator to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will lead and assist in developing high-quality proposals, coordinating the overall proposal effort, ensuring compliance with the Request for Proposal (RFP), leading pursuit teams, and facilitating the development of large and complex proposals from start to finish, requiring additional customization and interdepartmental input for strategic and global customers. You will be responsible for the overall management and accountability of the proposal process. This includes engagement in full life-cycle pursuit development, encompassing strategy sessions, content development, conducting compliance reviews, and providing training and mentorship. This position will challenge you to create persuasive responses to proposal questions that are 100% compliant and accurate for submittal while maintaining the deadline requirements.
