Our Product Marketing team is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to work from our Corporate Office in Green Bay. The Product Specialist will report to the Director of Product Marketing and will work closely with the Product Marketing team to support a variety of activities.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, capable of multitasking, and able to work effectively with different teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance support for KI's entire product portfolio while contributing to our future offerings

Responsibilities:



  • Conduct research and collect product data to support decisions on new products and line extensions and to assist with decisions regarding growth, maintenance, or discontinuation of products.


  • Coordinate with various departments to execute specific tasks including creating new product content (such as pricing tools and marketing materials), reviewing content for accuracy, and conducting new product training activities.
  • For product refreshes and discontinuations, collaborate with various teams to initiate and review product content changes (both internal and external facing).
  • Execute product marketing tasks for assigned value analysis initiatives and value engineering (VAVE).
  • Provide technical and competitive information about new and existing products.


  • Regularly analyze sample program inventory to identify reorder points.


  • Coordinate sample inventory orders with suppliers and fulfillment partners.



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Previous experience in product support, product management or marketing is a plus.


  • Highly organized and analytical, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative thinker, with strong problem-solving skills.
