Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Orlando, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Assists in routine buying strategies to purchase and arrange timely deliveries of supplies and materials; expedites as needed and serves as a liaison between vendors and users, getting prior approval for purchases in excess of established limits.
  • Resolves routine delivery, quality or other related problems with purchases and invoices.
  • Assists in updating project plans and purchasing systems; reviews and analyzes requisitions and supply plans for domestic and international purchases.
  • Assists in the preparation of requests for quotes and assists in the development of new supply sources.

Here's what you'll get:

  • Pay rate: $19.24/Hour.
  • Hours: 40 hours/week 1st Shift
  • Length: Temp (6 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED, currently enrolled in a degree seeking program.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Administrative Support
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Sophomore/Junior seeking Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
  • Excel
  • SAP
