Position Summary: Under general supervision, provides comprehensive, stimulating and interactive technical and soft skills training and guidance/instruction to new and existing staff members in areas of product and service knowledge, Credit Union policies and procedures, computer systems, and member service. Maintains a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of operational policies and procedures. Works with stakeholders to understand, analyze, research and document new and existing procedures and processes. Serves as in-house SME for knowledge management system needs and back-up to core training courses. Collaborates to ensure operational procedures are consistent with established goals and requirements. Remains cognizant of and adheres to credit union policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act. Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with The Apple Way principles of Team Up, Serve With Purpose, Challenge Yourself and Own It. Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager of Talent Development or AVP of Talent Development. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
