Job Summary

Seeking an energetic and creative professional to support our educational initiatives. This role involves contributing to course development on the Learning Management System (LMS), supporting social media campaigns (Instagram and LinkedIn), and assisting in the creation of engaging multimedia content. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities
LMS Course Coordination

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of online courses.
  • Upload and organize course materials, including videos, quizzes, and other resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to support interactive and engaging course builds.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with support teams to ensure a seamless user experience.


Social Media Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of social media strategies for Instagram and LinkedIn to enhance engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and other content that aligns.
  • Provide insights to optimize strategies and grow reach.


Video and Photography Content Support

  • Assist in the production and editing of video and photo content for social media, marketing campaigns, and educational purposes.
  • Ensure multimedia projects are on-brand, high-quality, and delivered on time.
  • Manage and organize video content archives for easy access and reuse.


Communications Support

  • Help execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, including graphics, email campaigns, and digital assets.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, offering suggestions for improvement.


Qualifications
Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with LMS platforms or educational content development preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or digital content creation.


Skills and Expertise

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools.
  • Basic video editing skills with software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Basic photo editing skills with software like Adobe Photoshop or similar.
  • Experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, or comparable systems.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze social media and marketing metrics to inform strategies.


Soft Skills

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
