Job Description Job duties may include: Know how to set up a conventional paint pot Experience with air assisted and airless paint systems Know how to mix kits of paint Must understand how to paint complex structures Ability to work on solo project and as a member of a team Understand WFT gauges and how to use them Experience with the most common industrial coatings Ability to consistently hit mils while painting On-the-job training is offered This position is safety-sensitive. Basic Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside Physically able to perform assigned tasks Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time Must be comfortable working from heights Must be able to pass a background check if required by jobsite Must have reliable transportation Dependable individual who will arrive to scheduled shift on time and ready to work Eager self-starter who is willing to learn new skills Ability to perform basic math Preferred Requirements: Previous experience with painting/coatings application is preferred Marine Plural Component Program (C14) paint certification preferred Local to the San Diego area PCG provides equal employment and affirmative action opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.
