Job Posting:

Kontoor Brands is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. This role will be accountable for the Lee USA & Canada business, including delivering the P&L and leading the regional merchant organization. Partners with cross functional teams in creating and selling impactful product stories via generating seasonal market overviews, merchandise briefs, line plans, and financial plans. Partners with operations and finance with oversight of the forecast and business plan. Accountable for the execution of key growth initiatives including driving new distribution and supporting the development and implementation of the brands strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Articulate and defines long term brand growth strategies connected to multi-year plans for Lee's US & Canada business
• Build tactics to deliver goals and monitors progress against the Lee USCA near, mid and long-term strategic objectives
• Accountable for delivering all aspects of Lee US & Canada P&L metrics (revenue, gross & operating profit), via ongoing oversight and management of business performance. Drives plan adjustments as needed/required.
• Collaborates across brand marketing and product design functions to ensure product and marketing is aligned to global brand positioning (creative vision) and delivers against the needs of consumer targets.
• Actively evaluates and communicates with key leaders on market trends, risks and opportunities, and investment decisions.
• Provide clear direction and coaching to merchant teams to ensure the development of team members and effective execution of business priorities.
• Communicates business strategies with clarity to internal commercial and operations teams.
• Creates an environment of rich collaboration across commercial functions.

Experience/Education:

• 10 - 15 + years of senior leadership and apparel experience
• Previous experience with P&L accountability
• Apparel / footwear industry merchandising experience
• Track record of delivering growth (new categories, new channels, etc)
• Bachelor's Degree with MBA preferred
