Associate Project Manager

Facilitate and coordinate the planning, programming, design and execution of projects for our client's office building portfolio. Project planning responsibilities include scope and cost validation and project authorization. Contract and manage the performance of A/E firms, consultants, contractors and vendors. Negotiation and conflict resolution with vendors and client. Maintain projects on scope, schedule and budget from planning through close-out.

  • Collaborating with team members and addressing challenges during the project life cycle.
  • Setting and meeting deadlines.
  • Tracking project progress.
  • Identifying problems and offering solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining project plans.
  • Coordinate and track all vendor RFP's in accordance with account and client standards
  • Competitively bid vendor services for each project as required or necessary
  • Managing timelines for deliverables.
  • Implementing projects within specific areas.
  • Understand a project's scope and create documents for project requirements
  • Conduct project meetings to ensure stakeholders are aware of current project status and progress.
  • Monitor projects, evaluating progress and quality, and managing issue resolution process to ensure corrective actions are taken
  • Maintain the quality of all project document/data to assure the integrity of a project
  • Manage the project estimating activities
  • Adhere to standardized format guidelines
  • Coordinate schedule of activities related to the project
  • Help to record achievements, expenses, and measures for success
  • Monitor all project related logistics for proper facilitation of payments
  • Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation
  • Responsible for timely review and processing of all invoices
