Boise Cascade Wood Products has an opening for an EWP Software Product Support I.

Responsibilities:

This position will provide technical support and troubleshooting for Boise Cascade EWP proprietary software products: BC Framer, BC Calc, and BC Connect; Communicate with Boise Cascade customers, architects/designers/engineers; Use of cloud-based customer service platform, Zendesk, for email and call tracking, customer management, and knowledge-based technical documentation; Navigation of bug tracking via project management software platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Technical or College Degree
  • Work experience is related to job function- minimum two years required
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS and ability to support/troubleshoot/diagnose software and hardware components as they may affect installation or functionality of Boise Cascade EWP Software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge/prior experience with Engineered Wood Product applications, truss design, CADD, computer hardware
  • Strong verbal and written technical communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrate strong customer service goals
  • Demonstrate organization, self-motivation, and self-management
