Truck Driver

Duro-Last Roofing is the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems. We are looking for a Delivery Truck Driver to join our team at our Carrollton, Texas location. This is a full-time hourly position that comes with excellent benefits! This position is also eligible to take part in the company's annual bonus program!

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel between the Duro-Last plant and construction sites, home every night
• Complete mandated safety paperwork
• Ability to ready and interpret Bill of Lading
• Complete packing list and order blank
• Fulfilling customer orders accurately and timely
• Using a scan gun to send complete and accurate orders to customers
• Operate dash board mounted Electronic Log Device
• Loading product onto semi and meet weight requirements
• Prioritizing truck loading schedules
• Ensuring orders are in compliant with all Duro-Last, Local, State and Federal safety regulations
• All other duties assigned by Regional Sales Manager or Plant Manager

Position Requirements:

• Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement and two years of experience
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• At least 18 years of age
• Experience in material handling, warehouse operations, and building materials is preferred
• Must be able to operate a fork lift safely
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Bend, push, carry, lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have excellent problem solving, analytical ability, and communication skills
• Schedule flexibility and available for overtime
