This position is a project scheduler for the Enterprise Data Warehouse Analytics project supporting the State Medicaid program. This role requires significant expertise building and maintaining a complex robust maintainable schedule (integrating from waterfall, agile, and hybrid schedules). The selected candidate will work directly with the project implementation team, multiple external implementation teams, business partners, and the customer. This role provides input and direction serving as a key scheduling resource on a large Design Development and Implementation Project. The resource should be able to flexible and adapt to the stakeholder needs, manage competing priorities, support requests in reasonable time, effective time management, focus on the "big rocks" (blue chips) to deliver key business outcomes to meet stakeholders needs. Roles in this function ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope, organization's strategic objectives, team needs, and the voice of the customer, in consultation with the applicable stakeholders. Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders. Ensure that all impacted areas are identified, and that appropriate resources are engaged to participate in the processes. The role should be up to date with the latest industry/market trends, developments, and standards to be relevant and add value as a subject matter expertise and deliver thought leadership. This is a telecommute position* with around 25% required travel to Springfield, IL for onsite customer meetings. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:

*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
