About This Role
The Department of Management in the College of Business Administration (CBA) at Kansas State University is seeking applicants for a tenure-track, full-time Assistant Professor position in the Human Resource Management area. The candidate will be responsible for research, teaching, and service activities in the CBA. Research: Consistent with departmental guidelines, the candidate will be expected to publish in high-quality academic journals in the human resource management area and develop a strong research track-record. Teaching: Desired area of teaching experience or interest must include human resource management and organizational behavior. The CBA has a strong emphasis on data analytics as part of its innovative curriculum. Service: The candidate will be expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to collegiality and shared governance.
