The Supervisor is responsible for the hourly team members on the floor before, during and after service. The supervisor should understand the content of the menu and ensure the timely delivery of food. Strict following of food and safety guidelines are required. The server is responsible for executing area setup and breakdown. Areas of Responsibility: Knowledgeable on all menu offerings. Establishes rapport with guests and understands suggestive and upselling techniques. Create, modify and close sales checks in point of sale. Understands all event paperwork and reports. Adheres to location appearance guidelines. Supervises and completes the open stand sheet and the closing stand sheet. Maintains service areas. Employs good safety and sanitation practices. Follows responsible alcohol service policies. Essential Job Duties: Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations. Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day. Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds. Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 1-3 year or more experience in foodservice or hospitality, particularly working concessions. An outgoing personality is preferred. The candidate should have the ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience. The ability to communicate effectively by speaking and comprehending English, with the ability to problem solve and make decisions with little guidance. Apply to Levy today!
