The IT Operations Center Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the IT Operations Center, which is a 24 X 7 operations area. The IT Operations Center is responsible for monitoring and responding to alerts generated by IT systems and infrastructure, validating systems health after planned maintenance, overseeing Autosys batch jobs, processing work orders and responding to after-hours calls to the IT Service Desk. End Date: 02/19/2025 Pay Range Minimum: $88,472.54 Pay Range Maximum: $132,708.94 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
