What you will do Provide advanced support for end users working on sales applications. Establish and maintain open lines of communication between technical support staff and sales support staff to ensure timely resolution of open issues. Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources. How you will do it

Hiring Hourly Range: $27.00 - 34.00 USD. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
