DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Conduct employee document audits to ensure all records are accurately filed and saved in the HRIS.
  • Assist with transitioning HR files from department shared drive to MS Teams to improve file organization, efficiency and accessibility.
  • Assist with creating a comprehensive Sustainability Report for SOTG by gathering and compiling donations and charitable efforts from affiliates, etc.
  • Coordinate annual charitable contributions from affiliates.
  • Assist in managing activities for the annual internship program.
  • Assist in creating affiliate pages on the division intranet.
  • Source potential candidates on LinkedIn.
  • Review and evaluate incoming applications for open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Post new job openings on the company website and LinkedIn.
  • Update and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably Sophomore or Junior status).
  • Interest and desire to work on projects in a multinational team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including communication (written and verbal), time management, problem-solving, organization, listening, asking questions, and taking notes.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivation to complete assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.



DURATION



  • Summer 2025 (approximately 10-12 weeks)
