Primary Work Location: 50 Washington Street, Westborough; Hybrid schedule Normal Work Schedule: 20 hours per week Job Summary: The UMass President's Office (UMPO) is seeking a current undergraduate UMass student as a part-time intern to work with the growing Service and Quality team within the Unified Procurement Services Team (UPST) in a hybrid-office environment from one of the UMass campuses. The internship pays $17 per hour; academic credit may also be available. The Training and Communications Department oversees the training, communications, and change management efforts across several support functions under the Administration and Finance Division. As a communications intern, you will work closely with the team to assist with various digital and in-person communication and change efforts. The communications intern will be integral to the department's daily activities and will gain valuable experience and exposure to established and emerging internal and external communications and training practices. The communications intern will report to the Senior Communication and Training Specialist. Essential Functions:
